  • They love movies and storytelling

  • They enjoy filling many different roles during activities or projects and are good at planning

  • They are creative and often see things that others don’t

In Filmmaking, campers collaborate throughout the scriptwriting and storyboarding process, then take turns directing, acting, filming, and editing their original short films. Campers use DSLR cameras and industry-standard editing software, Adobe Premiere, with the option to utilize supplemental equipment such as boom mics, or green screens, which can be used to add some magical special effects. Additionally, campers will study different types of camera shots, methods of focusing, and the visual impact of various perspectives. Our Filmmaking program doesn’t just encourage creativity, communication, and teamwork- it gives a holistic experience that delves into the many aspects of film creation. Max enrollment each session: 12
