Staff Assistants must be at least rising 11th graders. Staff Assistants have some job responsibilities and receive on-the-job training. They can choose to be compensated with a stipend or SSL volunteer hours, if their school will accept SSL from a company that is not a 501(c)(3).

Additional Information and Adjustments on the Tier 3 program:

  • Compensation: $400 stipend OR 80 Community Service hours (Please note: Some schools do NOT accept community service hours from TIC because we are not a 501(c)(3) or governmental organization.
